YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

If you want to work where automation meets aerospace innovation, this is your mission. You will play a key role in shaping the automation backbone of our aerospace production environment.

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for advanced aerospace manufacturing systems
Program and configure PLC systems (Siemens and/or Beckhoff) as well as robotic systems and related hardware
Develop electrical schematics, control concepts, and system architectures
Ensure full compliance with CE directives, machine safety standards, and industrial regulations
Take ownership of installation, commissioning, and optimization phases
Deliver hands-on technical training to internal teams
Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and cross-functional engineering teams
Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation and control strategies

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent; alternatively, certified technician (state-certified)
Several years (at least 3) of hands-on experience in automation engineering for production systems
Proven and strong experience in PLC programming with ideally Siemens and/or Beckhoff
Familiarity with robotics programming and strong understanding of electronics (sensors, actuators)
Experience with CE certification processes and machine safety standards
Structured and independent working style combined with a creative approach to technical challenges
Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du planst, entwickelst und realisierst Automatisierungslösungen für moderne Fertigungsanlagen im Aerospace-Umfeld.
Du projektierst und programmierst SPS-Steuerungen sowie Roboter und konfigurierst die zugehörige Hardware.
Du entwirfst Schaltpläne, Layouts und steuerungstechnische Konzepte.
Du stellst die Einhaltung sicherheitsrelevanter Normen bei Planung, Umsetzung und Wartung der Anlagen sicher.
Du koordinierst Installation, Inbetriebnahme und führst Schulungen für interne Teams durch.
Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Produktion und anderen Fachbereichen zusammen und pflegst technische Dokumentationen.

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder bist staatl. geprüfter Techniker.
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Produktionsanlagen mit – idealerweise im High-Tech- oder Fertigungsumfeld.
Du beherrschst die Programmierung von Siemens und/oder Beckhoff sicher und hast Projekte damit eigenverantwortlich umgesetzt.
Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Roboterprogrammierung und Elektronik.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und findest kreative Lösungen für komplexe technische Herausforderungen.
Du kommunizierst sicher im Team und bringst ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit.
