YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation and control strategies.
Your tasks in detail:

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for advanced aerospace manufacturing systems
Program and configure PLC systems (Siemens and/or Beckhoff) as well as robotic systems and related hardware
Develop electrical schematics, control concepts, and system architectures
Ensure full compliance with CE directives, machine safety standards, and industrial regulations
Take ownership of installation, commissioning, and optimization phases
Deliver hands-on technical training to internal teams
Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and cross-functional engineering teams

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent; alternatively, certified technician (state-certified)
Several years (at least 3) of hands-on experience in automation engineering for production systems
Proven and strong experience in PLC programming with ideally Siemens and/or Beckhoff
Familiarity with robotics programming and strong understanding of electronics (sensors, actuators)
Experience with CE certification processes and machine safety standards
Structured and independent working style combined with a creative approach to technical challenges
Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

Entwicklung, Design und Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen für hochmoderne Aerospace-Fertigungssysteme
Programmierung und Konfiguration von SPS-Systemen (Siemens und/oder Beckhoff) sowie Robotersystemen und Peripherie
Erstellung von Schaltplänen, Steuerungskonzepten und Systemarchitekturen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von CE-Richtlinien, Maschinensicherheit und industriellen Normen
Verantwortung für Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung
Durchführung praxisnaher Schulungen für interne Teams
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Produktion und interdisziplinären Engineering-Teams
Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der technischen Dokumentation und Steuerungsstrategien

DEIN PROFIL

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar – alternativ staatlich geprüfter Techniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Mehrjährige (mind. 4) praktische Erfahrung in der industriellen Automatisierung von Produktionssystemen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung (im Idealfall Siemens und/oder Beckhoff), Inbetriebnahme und Fehlersuche
Erfahrung in der Integration und Programmierung von Robotersystemen (Hochsprachen wie Python, C#, ST) und Schnittstellen Programmierung (OPC UA; Profinet, TCP/IP)
Fundiertes Verständnis von Sensorik, Aktorik, Antriebstechnik und industrieller Elektronik
Erfahrung mit CE-Zertifizierungsprozessen und Maschinensicherheit
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einem kreativen Lösungsansatz
Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
