YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You control and optimize all external and internal logistics processes
You are responsible for the efficient development and expansion of our warehouse capacities
You design and coordinate optimization projects in the area of materials management along our component value chain
You handle the national and international shipping of our high-tech components and are responsible for all customs processes
You develop packaging concepts for prototypes and series components
You carry out stock checks and inventory processes and maintain material data
You serve as the main contact person for suppliers and external service providers in matters of material and goods transport
Receiving deliveries, loading and unloading trucks using forklift trucks and/or suitable lifting equipment Checking the delivery and delivery bills, booking incoming goods, storing the items

YOUR PROFILE

You have completed training as a warehouse specialist, training or apprenticeship as logistics manager or have successfully completed a degree in logistics management or similar
You have already gained initial professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally in an industrial production environment
You have a can-do attitude and a healthy dose of pragmatism
You have strong interpersonal skills and a high level of reliability
You communicate fluently in German and English
Enthusiasm and team spirit round off your profile

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Hightech-Bauteile für Raumfahrt- und Luftfahrtmissionen zuverlässig ankommen – vom Wareneingang bis zum internationalen Versand.
Du entwickelst smarte Verpackungs- und Logistiklösungen, die Prototypen genauso schützen wie Serienbauteile.
Du optimierst unsere Lagerkapazitäten und stellst sicher, dass Material immer zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.
Du bist Ansprechs person für Lieferanten, Dienstleister und interne Teams – und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
Du kombinierst Organisation und Hands-on: vom Buchen von Wareneingängen bis zum Fahren des Staplers.

DEIN PROFIL

Du kommst mit einer Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik / Spedition / Materialwirtschaft.
Du hast 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in Logistik oder Materialwirtschaft, idealerweise in Produktion oder Hightech.
Du stehst für Hands-on Mentalität, Pragmatismus und Zuverlässigkeit.
Du hast Freude am Teamwork, klare Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
Du bringst Begeisterung für Technik mit sowie die Chance, an Produkten mitzuwirken, die in Luft- und Raumfahrt eingesetzt werden.
