YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Buildings & technology under control: You take responsibility for our entire infrastructure - heating, ventilation, electricity, IT, building automation and more.
Coordination & maintenance: You plan and manage maintenance and repair measures - with foresight and a pragmatic approach.
Leadership & collaboration: You lead the facility team in day-to-day business and ensure that processes work and that everyone knows what is important.
Projects & further development: Whether conversions, new locations or infrastructure projects - you implement them and contribute your own ideas.
Interface & contact person: You are the central point of contact for external service providers, internal teams and authorities - professional and solution-oriented.
Safety & regulations: You ensure that legal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection are reliably adhered to.
Keeping an eye on the figures: You plan budgets, control costs and document everything transparently for management.

YOUR PROFILE

Technical know-how: You have practical training (e.g. in facility management, workshop manager, building technician or a comparable qualification).
Practical experience: You contribute your experience in technical facility management - ideally from a production or industrial environment
Hands-on mentality: You like to get stuck in and at the same time enjoy strategic planning and project management.
Safety awareness with pragmatism: Occupational safety is important to you and you find smart, practicable solutions for this.
Motivation & drive: You don't just want to maintain, you want to improve - creativity and assertiveness are required!
Languages: You have an excellent command of German and English

DEINE AUFGABEN

Gebäude & Technik im Griff: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere gesamte Infrastruktur – Heizung, Lüftung, Strom, IT, Gebäudeautomation und mehr.
Koordination & Instandhaltung: Du planst und steuerst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen – mit Weitblick und einem pragmatischen Ansatz.
Führung & Zusammenarbeit: Du führst das Facility-Team im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe funktionieren und alle wissen, worauf es ankommt.
Projekte & Weiterentwicklung: Ob Umbauten, neue Standorte oder Infrastrukturprojekte – du setzt um und bringst dich mit eigenen Ideen ein.
Schnittstelle & Ansprechpartner: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für externe Dienstleister, interne Teams und Behörden – professionell und lösungsorientiert.
Sicherheit & Vorschriften: Du stellst sicher, dass gesetzliche Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz zuverlässig eingehalten werden.
Zahlen im Blick: Du planst Budgets, kontrollierst Kosten und dokumentierst alles transparent fürs Management.

DEIN PROFIL

Technisches Know-how: Du hast eine praktische Ausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Facility Management, Werkstattleiter, Gebäudetechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).
Praxiserfahrung: Du bringst deine Erfahrung im technischen Facility Management ein – idealerweise aus einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld
Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst gerne selbst an, und hast gleichzeitig Freude an der strategischen Planung und Projektmanagement.
Sicherheitsbewusstsein mit Pragmatismus: Arbeitssicherheit ist dir wichtig, und du findest hierfür smarte, umsetzbare Lösungen.
Motivation & Drive: Du willst nicht nur erhalten, sondern verbessern – Kreativität und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sind gefragt!
Sprachen: Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
