Team Lead (m/f/d) - Infrastructure & Facility Management

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build and operate Blackwave’s sites of the future.
We’re scaling fast and need a senior leader who owns our full infrastructure across multiple locations. From new-site development to building technology, safety, and operations — you ensure our facilities run reliably and are ready for growth.

Lead infrastructure & facility strategy across current and future sites
Manage new-site openings, conversions, and expansion projects
Act as technical project manager to architects, planners & real estate developers
Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, building automation, fire protection
Lead and develop the facility operations team
Ensure compliance, occupational safety & fire protection
Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, contracts, service providers

YOUR PROFILE

7+ years in facility management, infrastructure management, industrial sites or construction project management
Proven experience with new-site ramp-up, building upgrades, construction projects
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, utilities, building services, building automation
Skilled in project management, stakeholder management & contractor control
Strong safety mindset + pragmatic problem solver
Fluent in German & English

Gestalte, baue und betreibe die Blackwave-Standorte der Zukunft.

Wir wachsen schnell und suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die unsere komplette Infrastruktur über mehrere Standorte hinweg verantwortet. Von der Entwicklung neuer Flächen bis zu Gebäudetechnik, Sicherheit und operativem Betrieb – du stellst sicher, dass unsere Standorte zuverlässig laufen und skalierfähig bleiben.

Strategische Verantwortung für Infrastruktur & Facility-Management an bestehenden und zukünftigen Standorten
Leitung von Standorteröffnungen, Umbauten und Expansionen – von Planung bis Inbetriebnahme
Technische Projektleitung für Architekten, Fachplaner und Immobilienentwickler
Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Gebäudetechnik: HVAC, Elektrotechnik, Gebäudeautomation, Brandschutz
Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Facility-Teams im Tagesgeschäft
Sicherstellung von Compliance, Arbeitssicherheit & Brandschutz
Steuerung von CAPEX/OPEX, Verträgen und externen Dienstleistern

DEIN PROFIL

7+ Jahre Erfahrung im Facility-Management, Infrastrukturmanagement, Industriebau oder bau-/technischen Projektmanagement
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Standortaufbau, Gebäudeerweiterungen, Modernisierungen oder industriellen Bauprojekten
Starkes technisches Verständnis in HVAC, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik und Automation
Souverän in Projektmanagement, Stakeholder-Steuerung und Kontrolle von Dienstleistern
Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, kombiniert mit pragmatischer Lösungsorientierung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
