YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Account management - You support Microsoft 365 and take care of onboarding/offboarding and account management
Installation & maintenance - you install, configure and maintain hardware and software for our team
User administration - you set up and maintain user accounts and workstations
IT support - You fix IT problems and support your team in a pragmatic, solution-oriented and friendly manner
Security monitoring - You monitor our security-relevant infrastructure (e.g. Sophos firewalls and endpoint protection)
Threat analysis - You analyze potential security threats, assess risks and develop suitable protective measures
Strategy & further development - you actively shape our IT strategy and contribute new ideas

YOUR PROFILE

Training & studies - You have completed an IT apprenticeship or a degree in computer science
Professional experience - You have relevant experience in system administration
System know-how - You are very familiar with Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and common system administration
Security expertise - you have in-depth knowledge in the areas of cyber security & compliance
Technology skills - ideally you have experience with Sophos hardware
Work style & service mentality - you work independently, think in terms of solutions and have a strong service mentality
Language skills - you have a very good command of German and English

Ausbildung & Studium – Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik
Berufserfahrung – Du bringst relevante Erfahrung in der Systemadministration mit
System-Know-how – Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 und gängiger Systemadministration aus
Sicherheitskompetenz – Du verfügst über fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Cyber Security & Compliance
Technologiekenntnisse – idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Sophos Hardware
Arbeitsstil & Service-Mentalität – Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst in Lösungen und hast eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
Sprachkenntnisse – Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
