Interview Magic: You run structured, respectful, and spot-on interviews that cut through the noise and reveal who really fits – especially on the shop floor and in blue-collar roles.
Smart Sourcing & Funnel Fun: You build clever recruiting funnels, use creative sourcing hacks, and find talent where no one else is looking – guerrilla recruiting is your thing.
Employer Branding with a Spark: You help shape our employer brand, show up as a proud company ambassador, and turn social media into your personal hiring playground.
Talent Pool Party: You grow and nurture a strong talent pool, stay in touch with great people, and keep the conversation warm – so when it's go-time, you're ready.
Hiring Support Superpower: You coach our hiring managers, bring energy into their recruiting game, and help make the hiring process smoother, faster, and just plain better.
Idea Generator & Status Quo Challenger: You question what’s always been done, throw in bold new ideas, and push recruiting forward with a big dose of passion and curiosity.

YOUR PROFILE

People Skills with a Paper Trail: You've got a degree (bonus points for HR focus!) or solid training plus hands-on experience in the world of recruiting – you know your stuff, and you’ve lived it.
Full-Cycle Hiring Hero: You've steered the whole recruiting ride from first contact to signed contract – ideally also in production or blue-collar settings. You own the process, start to finish.
Sourcing Ninja + Interview Ace: You know how to find great people, ask the right questions, and use the right tools to back it all up – with data as your co-pilot.
Space Vibes Included: You’ve got genuine excitement for our mission and spread that spark to others. You’re hands-on, proactive, and love making things better – not just talking about it.
Social Media? Employer Brand? Yes, Please! You think like a recruiter and a marketer. You bring fresh ideas to the table and make our brand shine in all the right places.
