DEINE AUFGABEN

Deine Mission:In der Rolle der Werkstattleitung bist du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt unserer Werkstatt – vergleichbar mit einer Meisterfunktion: Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft, packst selbst mit an und führst das Team durch klare Strukturen, Ordnung und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch.

Werkstatt führen & mitgestalten: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Abläufe, Ordnung und Sicherheit in unserer Werkstatt.
Organisation & Standards: Du kümmerst dich um Werkzeugmanagement und Arbeitsplätze, sowie um das Material- und die Lagerwirtschaft (z.B. Auswahl und Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und PSA, Inventur).
Anleiten & Vorbild sein: Du weist Kolleg:innen ein, gibst Tipps aus der Praxis und sorgst für die richtige Anwendung von Maschinen und Werkzeug.
Sicherheit & Sauberkeit: Du stellst sicher, dass Vorgaben eingehalten werden und jeder Arbeitsplatz jederzeit einsatzbereit ist.

DEIN PROFIL

Technisches Fundament: Ausbildung im Metall-, Elektro- oder Werkstattbereich (z. B. Mechaniker, Schlosser, Elektriker, Industriemeister).
Praxis-Know-how: Erfahrung in Werkstattbetrieb/Fertigung und ein Blick dafür, was im Alltag funktioniert.
Führung aus der Praxis: Natürliche Autorität, Klarheit im Auftreten und Freude daran, ein Team zu führen.
Macher-Mentalität: Strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und bereit, selbst mit anzupacken.
Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch auf Gesprächsniveau („conversational“) ausreichend.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission: In this role as Workshop Lead, you are the central point of our shopfloor – comparable to a master craftsperson: you make sure everything runs smoothly, work hands-on yourself, and guide the team with clear structures, order, and high quality standards.

Lead & shape the workshop: Take responsibility for processes, order, and safety in our workshop.
Work hands-on: Support setups, handle tools and machines yourself, and show the team how it’s done.
Organization & standards: Manage tools, workstations, and materials, including consumables and PPE (selection, ordering, inventory).
Guide & role model: Train colleagues, share practical tips, and ensure correct use of machines and equipment.
Safety & cleanliness: Ensure guidelines are followed and every workstation is always ready for action.

YOUR PROFILE

Technical foundation: Completed training in metal, electrical, or workshop fields (e.g. mechanic, metalworker, electrician, industrial master).
Practical know-how: Experience in workshop operations or manufacturing, with a strong sense of what works in daily practice.
Leadership from practice: Natural authority, clear communication, and enthusiasm for leading a team.
Hands-on mentality: Structured, solution-oriented, and ready to get involved yourself.
Languages: Good German skills; conversational English is sufficient.
