YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You operate our winding robot and process high-tech materials like carbon fiber – just like they're used in aerospace.
You work on metal parts – e.g. by welding, grinding, bending or pressing. No worries if you’re new to this – we’ll train you.
You set up test benches and fixtures – precision matters here.
You clean, inspect and prepare components for further processing.
You document your process steps – simple and digital.
You work closely with other teams, such as Quality and Testing.

YOUR PROFILE

Training in a manual trade (e.g. locksmith, carpenter, metalworker, vehicle mechanic) – or you’ve learned your skills in another way.
Hands-on experience with tools, machines, or ideally metal – whether from a job, workshop, or hobby.
A quick grasp of new tasks and the drive to work carefully and reliably.
You like to get things done and enjoy taking action.
You speak German or English fluently – ideally both.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du arbeitest mit unserem Wickelroboter und verarbeitest dabei Hightech-Materialien wie Karbonfaser – genau, wie sie in der Luft- und Raumfahrt verwendet werden.
Du bearbeitest Metallteile – z. B. durch Schweißen, Schleifen, Biegen oder Drücken. Was du noch nicht kannst, bringen wir dir bei.
Du bereitest Prüfstände und Vorrichtungen für unsere Tests vor – hier zählt Präzision.
Du reinigst, prüfst und bereitest Bauteile für die Weiterverarbeitung vor.
Du dokumentierst deine Arbeitsschritte – ganz einfach mit unserem digitalen System.
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, z. B. mit Qualitätssicherung und Testing.

DEIN PROFIL

Eine handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. als Schlosser:in, Schreiner:in, Metallbauer:in, Fahrzeugmechaniker:in) – oder du hast dir dein Können auf anderem Weg angeeignet.
Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Maschinen oder idealerweise sogar mit Metall – egal ob im Job, in der Werkstatt oder als Hobby.
Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und den Anspruch, sorgfältig und zuverlässig zu arbeiten.
Du hast Lust auf Anpacken und setzt Aufgaben gerne direkt um.
Deutsch oder Englisch sprichst du fließend – im besten Fall beides.
