You operate our winding robot and process high-tech materials like carbon fiber – just like they're used in aerospace.
You work on metal parts – e.g. by welding, grinding, bending or pressing. No worries if you’re new to this – we’ll train you.
You set up test benches and fixtures – precision matters here.
You clean, inspect and prepare components for further processing.
You document your process steps – simple and digital.
You work closely with other teams, such as Quality and Testing.

YOUR PROFILE
Training in a manual trade (e.g. locksmith, carpenter, metalworker, vehicle mechanic) – or you’ve learned your skills in another way.
Hands-on experience with tools, machines, or ideally metal – whether from a job, workshop, or hobby.
A quick grasp of new tasks and the drive to work carefully and reliably.
You like to get things done and enjoy taking action.
Availability between 6am and 10pm for 8 hours: We have a two shift system, no weekends and no work on bank holidays is required
You speak English (at least B2 level), German is helpful in the daily collaboration but not a must have.
