You operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components with repeatable quality. You ensure:

parts meet exact specifications
quality remains consistent
processes run stable and on takt

You are the final step before reality.

100% tolerance compliance
No unverified parts
Immediate escalation of deviations
Stable machine operation
Consistent takt time
Strict adherence to processes
Clean and structured workspace
Clear communication across shifts

YOUR PROFILE

Vocational training as CNC machinist, industrial mechanic or similar
Experience in CNC operation highly appreciated
Ability to read technical drawings or the willigness to learn
Confident use of measurement tools
Understanding of tolerances
Precise and structured working style
Willingness to work shifts (Monday - Friday between 6am and 10pm, no weeked, bank holidays or night shifts required)
