To end COPV failure in spaceflight. Great engineering needs a great environment. The community space at our Taufkirchen location is where the team recharges, guests form their first impression of Blackwave, and culture becomes tangible. This role owns that space — and the standard it represents.
THE WHAT
You are the heartbeat of our Taufkirchen community space. You don’t just clean and restock — you set the tone. From a perfectly pulled espresso before the first meeting to a spotless kitchen at the end of the day, you take pride in every detail and make the space feel genuinely alive.
You ensure:
- the community space is spotlessly clean, fully stocked, and visually on point at all times
- every guest and team member feels genuinely welcomed — coffee ready before they ask
- no one else ever has to notice a problem first
Your tasks in detail and by priority:
- Keep the community space to an impeccable standard: Daily cleaning of kitchen, surfaces, appliances, and communal areas. Dishes done, coffee machine serviced, dishwashers running. The space looks and feels exceptional — every single day. → High Performance: Precision at speed. High standard, every time.
- Welcome guests and team members with genuine hospitality: Coffee, drinks, and snacks are ready before they’re needed. Every visitor leaves with a warm impression. You anticipate needs — you don’t wait to be asked. → Togetherness: The space is the team’s home. Make it feel like one.
- Manage supplies and inventory proactively: Coffee, drinks, snacks, and cleaning products are always stocked. You track inventory, place orders before items run out, and never let a shortage catch anyone off guard. → Accountability: Own the stock. Own the space. No surprises.
- Flag and resolve issues immediately: Equipment fault, empty stock, broken appliance — you spot it first, escalate fast, and follow through. No one else should have to notice a problem before you do. → Candor: Surface issues early. Solve them faster.
- Bring life and character to the space: Seasonal touches, a well-arranged snack station, a thoughtful welcome setup for visitors. You see the space as a canvas, not a chore list. → Playfulness: Small gestures. Real impact.
