YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

THE WHY
To end COPV failure in spaceflight.
Performance only exists in a safe and stable environment. Without HSE, there is no scalable production.

THE WHAT
You ensure:
  • safe production operations
  • compliance with regulations
  • early identification and mitigation of risks 
You build a system where safety is standard.


  • Build and ensure a functioning HSE system across production (Accountability, High Performance) 
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (Accountability) 
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures (High Performance) 
  • Identify and escalate risks immediately (Candor) 
  • Ensure unsafe conditions are not tolerated (Accountability) 

  • Develop and implement HSE processes and standards (High Performance) 
  • Train and enable employees on safety topics (Togetherness) 
  • Document and track incidents, audits and measures (Accountability) 
  • Collaborate with production and engineering (Togetherness) 
  • Communicate risks clearly and directly (Candor) 

  • Analyze incidents and near misses (Candor) 
  • Continuously improve safety systems (Playfulness) 
  • Build a culture of early problem identification (Togetherness, Candor) 
  • Develop pragmatic, working solutions that work in daily operations (Playfulness, High Performance) 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Solid Background in HSE, safety, environmental management or similar
  • Several years of Experience in industrial or production environments
  • Very good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Language requirements: German Native, English at least B2
  • Structured and solution-oriented work pace
  • Ability to prioritize risks quickly
  • Pragmatic mindset: solutions must work in reality
