THE WHAT

This role owns the day-to-day operations of Blackwave's offices across Garching and Taufkirchen. The goal is simple: create an environment where employees can focus on their work while guests experience the best possible first impression.

From facility coordination and office organisation to documentation, suppliers and company vehicles—everything is well organised, functional and continuously improving.

Your responsibilities

Create an exceptional workplace experience:
Keep reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and community spaces clean, organised and ready for employees and visitors. Welcome guests professionally and ensure meetings start smoothly.

→ Togetherness: Every visitor and employee should feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

Own office & facility operations:
Coordinate external suppliers, maintenance partners, cleaning services and landlords. Resolve issues quickly and continuously improve the workplace.

→ Accountability: Take ownership before problems become visible.

Keep the office running:
Manage office supplies, catering, coffee machines, kitchen equipment and meeting rooms. Ensure everything is stocked, maintained and ready to use.

Drive workplace improvements:
Support office design projects, optimise workspaces and help shape an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

Own documentation & operational infrastructure:
Maintain contracts, documentation, health & safety records and internal systems. Coordinate company vehicles, servicing and inspections.
