Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) Aerospace Composites

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du bewertest unsere Kundenanfragen unter technischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten - vom einzelnen Prototypen bis zur Großserie
  • Du entwickelst auf dieser Grundlage technische Fertigungskonzepte, kalkulierst Fertigungskosten und erstellst Angebotsunterlagen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das gesamte Projektmanagement vom ersten Bauteildesign und Werkzeugkonzept bis hin zur Prototypen- und Serienfertigung
  • Du steuerst alle Projektaktivitäten und die Erreichung aller Projektziele
  • Du arbeitets eng mit unseren technischen Teams aus den Bereichen Teilekonstruktion & FEM, Werkzeugbau, Werkstoffe & Verfahren, Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement zusammen
  • Du baust als erster Ansprechpartner eine gute Kundenbeziehung auf und sorgst für deren Zufriedenheit
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Du verfügst über vertiefte Kenntnisse über Faserverbundwerkstoffe und Herstellungsverfahren
  • Du besitzt bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und Projektmanagement
  • Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch sowie auch Englisch und kannst mühelos mit allen Kollegen, Kunden und Partnern kommunizieren
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst professionell mit Partnern und Kunden umgehen
  • Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie deine praktische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You evaluate our customer inquiries from a technical and economic perspective - from individual prototypes to large-scale production
  • On this basis, You will develop technical production concepts, calculate production costs and prepare quotation documents
  • You are responsible for the entire project management from the initial component design and tool concept through to prototype and series production
  • You manage all project activities and the achievement of all project goals
  • You will work closely with our technical teams from the areas of part design & FEM, toolmaking, materials & processes, production and quality management
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and build a maintain good relationship 
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering or similar
  • You have in-depth knowledge of fiber composites and manufacturing processes
  • You already have several years of experience in product development and project management
  • You speak very good German as well as English and can communicate effortlessly with all colleagues, customers and partners
  • You are quick on the uptake and can deal professionally with partners and customers
  • Your strong communication skills as well as your practical and solution-oriented way of working round off your profile
