Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) Aerospace Composites

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du unterstützt bei der Bewertung unserer Kundenanfragen unter technischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten von der technischen Machbarkeitsanalyse bis zur Großserie
Du übernimmst die Projektplanung und -Steuerung, erstellst hierbei Zeitpläne und übernimmst das Ressourcen- und Risikomanagement
Du koordinierst den Austausch zwischen den Abteilungen und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit sowohl internen als auch externen Stakeholdern
Du verantwortest die Definition und Einhaltung der technischen Spezifikation der Produkte und trägst maßgeblich zur Entscheidungsfindung innerhalb deiner Projekte bei
Du behältst die Projektkosten im Blick, sorgst für die Einhaltung des Budgets und berichtest an das Management
Du baust als primärer Ansprechpartner zu unseren Kunden eine gute Beziehung auf und sorgst über den Projektverkauf für deren Zufriedenheit

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse über Faserverbundwerkstoffe und Herstellungsverfahren und hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis
Du besitzt bereits Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und im Projektmanagement
Du hast sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch und du kannst mühelos mit KollegInnen und KundInnen in Schrift und Sprache kommunizieren
Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst professionell mit Partnern und Kunden umgehen
Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie deine praktische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You evaluate our customer inquiries from a technical and economic perspective - from individual prototypes to large-scale production
On this basis, You will develop technical production concepts, calculate production costs and prepare quotation documents
You are responsible for the entire project management from the initial component design and tool concept through to prototype and series production
You manage all project activities and the achievement of all project goals
You will work closely with our technical teams from the areas of part design & FEM, toolmaking, materials & processes, production and quality management
You are the first point of contact for our customers and build a maintain good relationship

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in mechanical engineering or similar
You have in-depth knowledge of fiber composites and manufacturing processes
You already have several years of experience in product development and project management
You speak very good German as well as English and can communicate effortlessly with all colleagues, customers and partners
You are quick on the uptake and can deal professionally with partners and customers
Your strong communication skills as well as your practical and solution-oriented way of working round off your profile
