Internship Development & Manufacturing (f/m/d) for Carbon Composites

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You accompany the development and production of prototypes and small series - from the first manufacturing tests to the successful transfer to series production.
You will work intensively and hands-on with the process, material and equipment technology of our processes (SMC/PCM compression molding, filament winding or prepreg hand lay-up)
You support our process engineers in diverse and varied research & development projects in the aerospace sector
You are the interface between our toolmaking department and the production team and are responsible for the conception of CAD design and the production of auxiliary equipment
You will take on responsibility from the very beginning and, after initial training, will implement small and sub-projects independently

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's or Master's student in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering or comparable
Technical understanding, basic knowledge of fiber composites is an advantage
Manual dexterity and careful way of working
Quick comprehension & high reliability
Enjoy teamwork & open-mindedness

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du begleitest die Entwicklung und Produktion von Prototypen und Kleinserien - von den ersten Prozessversuchen bis zur erfolgreichen Überführung in die Serienproduktion
Du beschäftigst dich mit der Prozess-, Material- und Anlagentechnik unserer Prozesse (SMC/PCM-Compression Moulding, Filament Winding oder Prepreg-Handlaminieren)

Bachelor- oder Masterstudent der Fachrichtung Aerospace, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
Technisches Verständnis, Grundkenntnisse der Faserverbundwerkstoffe von Vorteil
Handwerkliches Geschick und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
