Logistics Manager (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You control and optimize all external and internal logistics processes
You are responsible for the efficient development and expansion of our warehouse capacities
You design and coordinate optimization projects in the area of materials management along our component value chain
You handle the national and international shipping of our high-tech components and are responsible for all customs processes
You develop packaging concepts for prototypes and series components
You carry out stock checks and inventory processes and maintain material data
You serve as the main contact person for suppliers and external service providers in matters of material and goods transport
Receiving deliveries, loading and unloading trucks using forklift trucks and/or suitable lifting equipment Checking the delivery and delivery bills, booking incoming goods, storing the items

YOUR PROFILE

You have completed training as a warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist or have successfully completed a degree in logistics management or similar
You have already gained initial professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally in an industrial production environment
You have a can-do attitude and a healthy dose of pragmatism
You have strong interpersonal skills and a high level of reliability
You communicate fluently in German and English
Enthusiasm and team spirit round off your profile

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du steuerst und optimierst sämtliche externen und internen Logistikprozesse
Du verantwortest den effizienten Auf- und Ausbau unserer Lagerkapazitäten
Du konzipierst und koordinierst Optimierungsprojekte im Bereich Materialwirtschaft entlang unserer Bauteilwertschöpfungskette
Du wickelst den nationalen und internationalen Versand unserer Hightech-Komponenten ab und verantwortest dabei alle Zollprozesse
Du entwickelst Verpackungskonzepte für Prototypen und Serienbauteile
Du führst Bestandskontrollen sowie Inventurprozesse durch und pflegst Materialdaten
Du dienst als Hauptansprechpartner für Lieferanten und externe Dienstleister in Sachen Material- und Warentransport
Entgegennahme von Lieferungen, Be- und Entladen von LKWs mittels Gabelstapler und/oder geeigneten Hebemitteln. Prüfen der Lieferung und Lieferscheine, Buchen der Wareneingänge, Einlagern der Artikel

DEIN PROFIL

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachlagerist, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistikmanagement oder vergleichbar
Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik gesammelt, idealerweise in der industriellen Produktionsumgebung
Du verfügst über eine Can-Do-Einstellung und eine gesunde Portion Pragmatismus
Du bringst eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und hohe Zuverlässigkeit mit
Du kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamgeist runden dein Profil ab
